Bohemia Film Awards 2024, Prague
Global Short Film Awards Celebrating Originality
Bohemia Film Awards is an organization that brings IMDb Qualifying Film Festival with screening in Prague for filmmakers around the world.
BOFA’s goal is to create a film festival in Prague that attracts local talent, international talent, talent big and small, and when they walk home with a win, it means something. BOFA wants to create a festival that attracts serious artists and hold a meaningful festival that the participants are proud of being a part of.
Prague has a passionate and active film community, and while it does home quite a few festivals, BOFA wants to stand out and give the filmmakers a night to remember. BOFA wants to interview and really shine a spotlight on the winners of each category and inspire them to continue to work in film and create stories. BOFA wants to foster a community that acts as a beacon for Czech filmmakers and a place where their work can be seen, appreciated, shared, and valued.
